One subscription per clinic, with monthly intake-submission and OCR-page limits sized to the plan. The same AI quality, model context, and grounded retrieval are available on Starter, Pro, and Clinic.
Audit history, BAA, and RLS isolation
Every paid tier ships with append-only audit history, tenant isolation enforced at the database, secure portal links, and a BAA available on request. Enterprise readiness work — customer-managed keys, custom EHR integrations, 24/7 paging — is part of the multi-clinic engagement.
Rosiflow ships HIPAA-conscious safeguards by default — tenant isolation, append-only audit history, evidence-backed AI outputs, and operator-controlled support access.
