Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Rosiflow subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Rosiflow is sold as a per-clinic subscription, billed in advance in US dollars (USD) on a recurring monthly or annual term, as selected at purchase. Each term renews automatically for the same period and at the then-current price until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders — it handles payment, billing, tax, and payment-related customer service, and its name (or “Paddle.net”) appears on your card or bank statement.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page or by emailing billing@rosiflow.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active through the end of the term you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. We do not delete clinic data immediately on cancellation — export and deletion follow the terms of your customer agreement and the Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

  • 14-day first-purchase guarantee. If Rosiflow isn’t the right fit, email billing@rosiflow.com within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge.
  • Monthly plans. Outside the first-purchase window, monthly charges are non-refundable for the current period; cancel to prevent the next renewal.
  • Annual plans. Renewals are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused, full months remaining if you request it within 14 days of the renewal charge.
  • Billing errors. Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified, regardless of timing.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You can request a refund directly from Paddle using the receipt emailed to you at purchase, or by contacting us at billing@rosiflow.com and we will coordinate it with Paddle on your behalf.

6. Pilots and custom agreements

Where a pilot, order form, or Master Services Agreement sets out specific commercial terms, those terms govern and supersede this policy to the extent they conflict.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
